Meeting Minutes — MP&CAC – Hellgate Chapter, Sep. 18, 2017
American Legion Hall
President Dave McIntosh called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm after a delicious potluck.
Members Present: 24
Minutes: Cathy read the minutes of the Aug. 23 meeting; approved as read.
Treasurer’s Report: Report appears in official minutes. Karen had one bill for the Legion Hall’s rent for $140.00.

Old Business:
2018 Tours: Doug reported that the spring tour will be in Hamilton and the fall tour in Helena. He said that there was some discussion at state level on whether to change the usual spring tour time from Father’s Day weekend to the weekend before it…stay tuned.
Hellgate Logo/T-shirts: Vickie and Mike showed some design ideas for a new logo. Greg presented ideas on t-shirts, styles, logo placement, and colors. Discussion followed and continues.
Hamilton tour: Fred reported on the tour to Duttons and Napps. Twelve cars including some guests made the trip. Perry had maps with highlighted directions for participants, a good idea, we all agreed for future tours.
Christmas Party, Paradise Falls, Sunday, Dec, 3: Mary reviewed the arrangements: Happy Hour 5 and Dinner at 6; approximate cost including gratuity (to be set); and gift exchange. A signup sheet was started. Discussion continues.
Upcoming Events, Announcement:
Jeff announced the Mall Show is set for April 13-15, 2018.
Sam announced a Shifters tour to Townsend for a car show on Sat., Sept. 30. Leave from Town Pump in Bonner at 6 AM.
Greg noted that Bayern Brewery may host a car show next year.
Next Meeting/Halloween Potluck: Mon., Oct. 16, 6:30 pm, Legion Hall.
